Members: Kathryn Wickson

The paintings shown here are by Kathryn Wickson, a member of Kineton Art Group for seven five years. Kathryn studied art to A-Level at school and in the 1980's she completed a two year diploma in painting and printmaking. Kathryn says that she has always enjoyed painting and drawing and now that her sons have flown the nest, she has more time to develop her painting skills.

Kathryn usually paints in watercolours but recently she has begun occasionally to use acrylic ink. Her favourite subject is flowers but she also enjoys painting chickens and the occasional landscape.

Kathryn exhibits her paintings twice a year in our bi-annual exhibitions and is willing to take commissions. If you like her style and have a favourite flower you would like her to paint, please get in touch with us or direct with Kathryn herself - details below.
